White Lightning Ball
Join the Greater Boston Vintage Society for an amazing night of 1920’s fun at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum! The 1888 “Carriage House” will be transformed into a bootlegger’s hideaway complete with details like a genuine prohibition era moonshine still! With admission you will have full access to the museum’s collection of antique autos—“America’s Oldest Car Collection”. Highlighting the night will be the band “Mona’s Hot Four” of NYC plus special guest Tamar Korn! There will be plenty of room for dancing; make sure to come early for the free Swing/Charleston lesson! Also, during the night each band break will feature surprise performances from local entertainers!
But that’s only half the fun!!! Come early to shop at vendors Salmagundi and Old as Adam who specialize in vintage and vintage inspired goods! Or try your luck to win prizes in the casino game parlor! Sponsoring the evening’s libations will be the Damnation Alley Distillery of Belmont! Each admission includes one free cocktail! On top of that, free hors d’oeuvres are provided by Root Catered Events! Admission is $40, register/pay at the link below. If the event doesn’t sell out, any extras will be sold at the door for $50. Vintage dress encouraged but not required. This is a 21+ event
