Whenever there is an event at the Museum and Cuisine Chez Vous is the caterer, our staff are always able to relax and know that we don’t have to worry about anything when they are here. They always show respect not only for the Museum and its exhibits, but also for the Museum staff. Walter, Nora and the rest of the sales team are attentive and thorough as well as a joy to work with. They are all like a well-rehearsed travelling show and are almost 100% self-contained. They have their own tables, chairs, china and linens, so they are truly an “all-inclusive” catering service. The CCV team take over and run all aspects of an event, acting as your event coordinator to make sure everything is running according to schedule and the clients are all happy and well taken care of.

Co-Owners, Fiona and Eamon Casey bring their passion for making each individual event extraordinary through the perfectly prepared food and innovative menus that Executive Chef, James Murko, creates and the exquisite service and beautiful décor that the Catering Team and Event Staff provide.  Their in-house pastry chef creates perfectly beautiful and delectable wedding cakes or dessert buffets to rival any other.

Cuisine Chez Vous was the caterer of choice for the wedding of our own Events Manager’s daughter and for many of our Museum events. Considered a “Boutique Caterer”, Cuisine Chez Vous has been the go-to wedding caterer for over 20 years. Couples have long since enjoyed the personal touch and individual attention of this catering and event planning company.

Each couple is paired with an event manager who is dedicated to making the entire day unfold flawlessly. With every detail attended to, the couples are always assured their guests are receiving impeccable service.
