Rob Siegel has been writing the column The Hack Mechanic for the BMW Car Club of America for 35 years and is the author of eight books. In 2013, Rob wandered outside of his German car comfort zone and blew the advance from his first book on a car that captivated him as an adolescent—a 1974 Lotus Europa Twin Cam Special. On Tuesday November 15th at 7 pm, Rob—with the Lotus at his side—will give a talk about the six years it took to get the car running. Find out the cost, time, and effort it took for Rob to revive the car of his youthful dreams.
